Black Swan planned an 80 MMSCFD gas plant in a remote area in British Columbia. We assisted in selecting the optimal location by assessing various location alternatives. After site selection was finalized, we provided the required NIA report for the planned facility confirming compliance with the Permissible Sound Level (PSL). After commissioning, we conducted a field noise survey to confirm compliance with the PSL and provided the NIA report (including recommendations for mitigation) for both a planned expansion of the original plant, as well as a newly planned 198 MMSCFD plant next door.
